Handle Database failover in Connection String in ASP.Net

hello,

i have serve A and server B, server A replicate database to server B,

application is running on server C and it connects with server A, in case server A fail i want to setting in web.config that it auto connects to server B for database.

i read that its possible but not found a clean advice.

please advice thanks
