Deploy Angular application to Azure using VS Code

I tried to deploy frontend (angular) and backend (webapi dotnet) to azure again, built the frontend and upload its contents to the wwwroot folder in my api then I make the api release and then tried to deploy to azure (didn't give the option to browse)

Then tried to open the site again it is giving me error "You do not have permission to view this directory or page" do we need to make release once or everytime we make changes?
