Uploading Large File in ASP.Net Error: This site cant be reached

Hello SirI want to restrict the number of files to be uploaded should not exceed the max value of 10 Please help me out I was refrreing the below link but its not working for me Set Max number of files to be uploaded in ASPNet Multiple FileUpload controlwhen i m trying to upload 10 files at a time its showing This site cant be reached
