Update existing Setup with newly created files in Visual Studio

I will explain you briefly..

I have build one set up and deployment project and after i click on setup, the exe files and other data gets installed in my local drive.Naw this exe is useful for my next application.

But in case version of this Exe which I get after installation is lower version that the version present on my server then i want to update the local exe version by server version.

How to do updating of this exe files.
