Please, is it possible to generate a Url based on a textbox value or label value?

I was thinking if it is possible to generate url automatically? An example is:

If there is an event, and the event organizer wants to send invitations link to invitees via an auto generated url. So the organizer decides to register his or her event on the platform by inserting the event name, the venue and other required information and click on “register event” to generate the link. After this, an auto-generated link will appear where it will be sent to invitees. Then when these invitees click on the link, it will redirect them to a page with that auto-generated link where they will have to fill their details and upon the click of the submit button a form of identification will be sent to that invitee to be used at the entrance of the event. I don’t know if this explanation is clearer than previous one, and if this is possible as well.
