Create ID card templates for editing in ASP.Net

How can I create an ID card template on a web form where users can edit their names, add photo and edit other contents too?

An example is shown in the image below. If you see that when a portion of the template is clicked, there is a textbox at the right side of the screen where the content that is clicked can be changed. There’s a highlight (in blue) that is visible to know the content that is changed.

There are 4 images that is shown here and in those 4 images, it shows each of the contents that was to be changed.
