How can i connect to a remote mysql database in asp.net

I am building a website using wordpress and woocommerce

i want add a products using asp.net website remotely

This cause of my boss he want who add a product to the website without entering the wordpress dashboard

So he told me to create a website using asp.net that replace the woocomerce plugin

Is that possible and if possible how i can get connect to the database of woocommerce that is mysql db

please help
