Automatic email send in asp.net application

Hi AllI have a requirement like I need to send an emails to all clients at 900 pm every day I have the code for email send I just want to know how do we schedule program to run at certain time in aspnet application Do we need to open that website all the time Could you please help me any one on this Babu

You can use console App but you will have to run it always I would recommend a windows service as it will automatically start with server
