SQL Server Error: Windows could not start the SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS) on Local Computer

Dear sir,

I have a error. I couldn't open my sql server express. I am also checked the services. There SQL Server(SQLEXPRESS) status is blank. I applied start but i get below error.
