Create Custom Scrollbar using CSS

Hiii All,

I want to design browser scrollbar and any other scrollbar which is in application (like table -responsive class scroll bar).

I want to reduce width of scrollbar and chnage the color of scrollbar.

When the screensize decreasese or the data is not fitted in table as per screen then automatically this class creats a horizontal scrollbar to the table. The same scrollbar i want to style( design/css) and another one of our common browser scrollbar which occurs every time in browser to scroll the page.
