How to apply thousand seprator for Label inside GridView in ASP.Net

nedash says:

 Replace with below code.

<asp:Label ID="Label33" runat="server" Text='<%#toPersianNumber(Convert.ToDouble(Eval("rahn")).ToString("N0"))%>' CssClass="lblvdi"></asp:Label>

Already provided same sample. But you are just copy and pasting code. Not trying to understand the code.
