Hi  akhterLook at project properties references See if there are more than one item for a reference like one is using 40 and another 45If so remove one reference based on your Framework you are usinghttpsstackoverflowcomquestions43306039assemblyconflictsafterinstallmicrosoftreportingservicesreportviewercontrolrq1
