Find particular item from Generic List of objects based on its property and update in C#

Hi

I am having a list as follows

ProductName               Qty    -> column heading.

Apple                            2

Cake                             22

Sweet                          23

In another list i am having a records as follwos

ProductName               Qty    -> column heading.

Apple                            2

Here what i need is  i need to update the records in the list1 which matches with ther list 2.

(i.e).

In my example i am having apple.

I need to update the apple to orange in the list 1(the list i described first.)
