How to change the BorderColor of TextBox and DropDownList when clicked or on focus

Hi sir,

I want to change the border color of text box and drop downlist when click on that.

just like here in forums when i am clicking on richtextbox or textbox and drop downlist it is changing the color just like i want to change.

please help me in this?
