For Hosting your website first of all you need to register your domain name eg: www.abc.com
you can get this online buy just paying approximate Rs 200 to Rs 600,

if you registered your domain sucessfuly then you need a server space where you can placed your website file
for this you need to have server space you just contact to any hosting server space provider
Note: the server may differ with respect to your website files
Eg: if you have developed your website in asp.net then you need an windows server
and if you have developed your website in php then you might need linux server..
it may cost you denpending on the server space that you requried for your website file size,
over all the total cost may be approx Rs 600(domain) + Rs 3000 (server) = 3600 Rs
