Difference between placing JavaScript and CSS library files at head and body of Master Page in ASP.Net

If you place your bootstrap or js libraries file in head section, you don't need to place libraries in all content page it will take reference automatically.

And if you will place in masterpage body section, you can access with in masterpage.
