How to display English and Arabic contents on the same page using App_LocalResources in ASP.Net

I want to display English and Arabic Contents on the same page using App_LocalResources in ASP.Net, C# and SQL Server. For English its Menu should be left side, text alignment should be left and page contents direction should be left to right.  For Arabic its Menu should be right side, text alignment should be right and page contents direction should be right to left. How I will develop it please suggest me.
