Generate (Create) FileUpload control on Client Side using JavaScript

hello every one present here,

i want to generate controls on client side event of button clientclick.

i have a fileupload tool

which should be created client side but not more than 3 fileupload tool.

a single click 1 control generated?

how it be posible through javascript?
