How to design Responsive Website in ASP.Net

I want to design a mobile responsive website :

using template below in asp.net for demo :   http://mobifreaks.com/wp-content/demos/galaxy-white-mobi/

but Don't know how to start ...  can you please help me with small exmaple like to show with repeater , grid or datalist any one.. but that grid, repeater , or list must be responsive... 

or tell me how to bind that using query or sql data soure.. WHich is help full/...
