[Solved] ASP.Net Core Web API publish to IIS Error: HTTP Error 502.3 - Bad Gateway

I am getting an error after published to iis, the api is working on visual studio and kestrel server, but its not working on iis.

its return error 502.3 ,also its working on command line dot net webapi.dll , I most find useful article on web I applied some of them ,but still problem is continue.
