Learn Systems Architecture and Design

I want to learn how to design system architechture to built ASP.Net C# Application or any other C# Based Application. I want to take incharge of System Architect.

Please tell me are there any video tutorials for this or do I have to read complete books for that? If books, then please specify those books and website.
