Setting Folder (Directory) permission in Windows Application Setup file using C# and VB.Net

I have created set up file for window application.in application, i write a code that should create a folder having text file after pressing login button. I installed that application in my machine .I run that. When I am pressing login button, it shows an error "Access to the path is denied”. How to give a write a permission to create a folder in application folder
