I created a MS SQL database on my plesk account and added a user. My question is: using SQL server Management Studio, will I connect to that database on my plesk account? If yes how will I bring the tables and stored procedures that I already created in my local database while I was building the website?

You need to take backup of your local database and restore in the hosting server.
