browser compatibility does not support in IE version 10

Hi all,

i have a problem in my website.

the problem which i have rise you that my website contact us form fields are uneven, so trying to fix the issue using the different meta tag but there is no use of it. So finally i have applied  the given below meta tag in my website but it has reacted different way that is given below

browser compatibility does not support in IE version 10 in my website  but its supported by version 8.0 and version 11.0.

I have used given below meta tag in my application.

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=5">

so please can you drop a solution of it.
