functionality working in development system but not in production server

i have a functionality working ( functionality for making controls visible / true false ) on my developement system having windows 2008

but the same is not working on production server having windows 2003 on IE

JavaScript is disabled by default on Windows server in IE.

1. Either install different browser

2. Enable javascript
