Convert Image to webp format using Imazen.WebP in ASP.Net

Hi,

I saw your sample code to convert jpg image to webp, but in that code you're using Aspose.Imaging which is way beyond my means. 

I would like to use Imazen.WebP (or similar) to perform the task of converting .jpg to .webp in VB.net . I have tried it but couldn't make it work.
