SQL Server: CREATE FILE encountered operating system error 5 (Access is denied.)

i have created database in sql server 2005due to system failure i have to format windows now i have upgrade sql server 2008now i am trying to attach database then i couldnt be attach show errorCREATE FILE encountered operating system error 5Access is denied while attempting to open or create the physical file Microsoft SQL Server Error 5123 what to do  i cant understand

finallly i have got solution for this question by installing Registry file in system which allow to take Ownership for that particular database filetake ownership zip file to download
