Change Year of Footer dynamically in ASP.Net

In footer section 2004-2018 year is mentioned.

But its fixed, when 2019 comes footer reamins to 2018 year of copyright how can i change that year when new comes?

It should become:

2004-2019(when new year 2019 comes).
