I have search all over the internet to learn how to show an animated right-arrow check just seconds before a record is displayed on the page, but seem not to find any tutorial/lesson to this.

Please how is it done? I mean for example, If a user loads a page to display particular record and when the page is loading, a loader is shown. Then once the page finish loading, a right-arrow will show in same seconds before the records displayed. The arrow check is indicating that the record has been found, then the record will then be displayed.

I have no idea how this is done, so I have no code to show for this. I am hoping that I will learn how to do this with the help and ideas of how it can be done.
