Publish ASP.Net web application with SQL Server database using Visual Studio

Hello, 

I know how to upload ASP.NET files into windows hosting server. But what I really want to know is how to upload database as well. I have search all over and no clear example.

What I want to learn is the step by step method to upload database

Please I need help
