How To replace keyword from Uploaded word document.

I want to find Candidate Mobile, Candidate Email, candidate Address keyword from uploaded resume in my application and replace with some different details.

How can we achieve this kind of scenario? Could you please provide some example there can be suit for my requirement.

Note: - Every candidate resume is different it means someone use Cell No, Mobile No, Contact No. etc.
