Currently i am facing issue that user inserting same data three to four time on double clicking save button into table,

so how to prevent user to stop save data into table,second thing if i redirect same ,but user do back in google chrome or reload page then same data get reload and save into database,

Please guide me ,that how to stop user to inserting same record.
