Fetch mobile Numbers from Database and send SMS in ASP.Net

In my database i am having 'n' datas. In which one column is mobile number. I am having code to send the message to first row only. But now i want to send message to 'n' number of rows from the database. Can anybody suggest me the code, how to use looping conditions to send the message one by one to the mobile number which is stored in the database. I had tried several methods but its not working.
