Download Files from WebServer in ASP.Net

Question

Hello I have a sql select statement that brings the data with network location serverididpdf if the file exists for the record i would like to be able to have button on gridview that can open the link its pdf and if there is no location found dont show button on the gridviewI have trid the following httpwwwaspsnippetscomArticlesDynamicallyaddBoundFieldandTemplateFieldColumnstoGridViewinASPNetaspx but didnt work for me or maybe i am doing it wrong Please help
