Integrate Oracle Database with Microsoft Azure SQL Database

HI All,

Can anyone suggest options to connect to Oracle Database from Azure SQL apart from Linked server option?

I don't have Azure Data studio or any other apps. I only have Azure SQL, any possible way it could be connected to Oracle Database from Azure SQL and access those.
