Remove SessionId from URL in ASP.Net

when I run page in all of my pages url in addressbar show some unknown character like below

http://localhost:6420/behtop%20website/(S(sjprrktlldlpyyxjiyqg43w1))/default.aspx

and when I close browser and run again characters change...

http://localhost:6420/behtop%20website/(S(frdxj2tbejy1i0hn55vlf20i))/default.aspx

what are these character?and how I can delete them?

Set Cookieless to false.
