Sql Server Timeout Error when importing Excel with large number of records in Sql Server Database

i am using this:

but firstly, its not running as it should.

i tested that on my localhost and its not working, i tried with little 100 records to 2500 records and that fails..

Then problem is its not even giving any error, don't know if that why that code is not working.

Please a bit guide to first troubleshoot that issue will be great .
