Dear All,

Please help me to get the client's (visitor's) IP address and MAC address in ASP.net

I have checked many functions over the internet but they are returning the server's IP.

Please help as we have to implement a log table of visitors to our portal.

You won't be able to get the client's MAC address as that information is not provided over the http protocol.

Use IPAddress to identify users.

It only work for Intranet (local server) not for Internet.

To identify user you can use IP address.
