How to hide some values which containing NULL values in crystal report

I have the following tblPapers data in the attached screenshoot

I have generated the question paper in the crystal report and it is showing me output like this

I just want to see question in crystal report like this

Write note on Processor and System Unit.

as u saw in the screenshoot there is showing some values NULL against in each short Question and each Long Question. I want to hide this values where NULL is showing.

Instead of handling it from Crystal Report handle it from SQL Query to hide the data.
