ASPSnippets.GoogleAPI not working Visual Studio 2019

Please let me know what error you got while using it in VS2019.

Please note it is not about VS, its about the Framework being used.

I got it working.  Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.  The problem wasn't the runtime version, it was the targer version of the build configuration.  Set it for 4.8 and voila!  success.
