Try Catch: ThreadAbortException Occurs If You Use Response.End Response.Redirect or Server.Transfer

Response.End exception occurs as it aborts the current Thread hat executes. And that is actually not an error. And if you want to avoid that you can do as following

        try
        {
            Response.End();
        }
        catch(Exception ex)
        {
            if (!(ex is System.Threading.ThreadAbortException))
            {
                //Catch all Exceptions except Response.End
            }
        }
