Load specific section of page on scroll down in ASP.Net

hello,

I have a home page which 8 different section, i want the first section load first so page can open quickly then as user scroll down other section start loading, this way page opening can be speed up instead browser wait to laod complete page at once.

I want to apply logic on div so each section load when user go on that section

please advice how
