How to send Actication link to email address after registration in ASP.Net MVC

i am devaoping one application in mvc in that

registraion page options are like User name,Email,password,contact number etc fields are there

after registration user will login with given mail id and password but my task is after registraion

i need to send login details to given mail id and after clicking on confirmation link only he can able

to login how to do?
