Programmatically add IP Address to block list using C# in ASP.Net

hi,

I have asp dot net site, and i see some IPS are just tempering my site and creating unnecessary hits on my site, i want to some solution to block those ips to access my site, like as they come to my site it redirects them to keepout.aspx page where it says you are not allowed to access the site.

please advice
