What size or what measurement unit should be used for a PVC card on window screen?

I converted the normal PVC size (3.375" x 2.125") to pixels and I discovered that the image control of my ID card on the screen was smaller than expected. So what is the unit that is used for image control that will be exactly like PVC card?
