Create Blank Xamarin Forms Application in Visual Studio

Hello Forum,

I recently watched videos to learn how to create an app in Xamarin; there has not been any straightforward lessons on the steps to create app that will run on Android and iOS platforms. Some just go direct into the code without walking you through how they got there. I have tried hard to understand some of them because they give different views which are conflicting. I JUST WANT TO LEARN HOW TO CREATE AN APP WITH SELECTING BLANK PROJECT TO RUN IN ALL PLATFORMS. Any help please?
