Continue marquee while refresh page at regular intervals in ASP.Net

i am creating a page to display on a tv screeni need to refresh that page every 3 seconds i am planning to do that with ltmeta httpequivrefresh content3gtMy issue is i have a marqueea scrolling display under that continuously refreshing pagei dont want that marquee to be interrupted by the page refresh Is there any optionThanks in advance
