Please share what value you are using and what is the DataType?

And the line of code throwing error.

datatype integer. i just enter values in datagridview. if i enter a large value 11111111111111111111111111111111111111 in column it shows error  sysstem format exception: value was either too large or too small for a decimal at system.number.parsedecimal

Add the System.Numerics.dll reference to the project.

Right click your project, click Add Reference.

Then from Reference Manager dialog window, expand Assemblies node and look for System.Numerics.

Then check the CheckBox and click Ok.

Then use this in your code.
