Show (Display) data from database in Pivot Table form in SQL Server

Sir,

I need to show data from MSSQL in pivot table.

The column will be something like July

The July column will carry two columns inside July (Debit, Credit)

Then month Aug and then sep so on.

Can you please help me?

The each pivot column carries two columns.
