Extract browser name type of device (pc tablet laptop) and Ip address.

If a user logged in my website, how can I extract the browser name, type of device (pc, tablet, laptop) and Ip address and store in database?

I need only the extraction part am using asp.net c#

When I used 3 different devices to login all ip addresses are the same.!! I need to get 3 different ip address so that i can say that this user has logged in using different devices.
